What is a cookie stamp / embosser?
All our cookie stamps are embossers. They create a raised 3D effect in fondant. We recommend and use both Bakels and Queen ready to roll fondant. We have found Queen particularly useful when two toning.
Our stamps are suitable for professional and home bakers alike. We also sell suitable cookie cutters to crisply frame your cookies.

What materials do you use for your products?
Our embossers are made from frosted, food grade 6mm-high acrylic.
We use food grade, biodegradable PLA for our cutters.
How do I use the stamp?
Sprinkle corn flour on your surface, then you'll be ready to roll out your fondant with a rolling pin. Simply place the stamp on the fondant, and press down over the stamp. Remove the stamp to unveil the raised design and frame with a suitable cutter.

How do I clean my stamps and cutters?
We recommend you handwash our stamps and cutters in warm soapy water, do not rub or scrub. Not dishwasher safe, do not allow to soak in hot water. If you have damaged a cutter that is bundled with a stamp, we can organise a replacement cutter at your own cost. Please click here to contact us.

Can I make a change to my order?
We are usually more than happy to accomodate requests like these, however due to high seasonal demand we are no longer able to add products to current orders, swap products or combine orders due to the high influx of pre orders pending. We are receiving multiple requests for changes and unfortunately this is not something we are able to manage and ensure there will be no mistakes made whilst packing. A seperate order will need to be made in this instance.
Why is everything out of stock?
Due to high demand we often sell out. When you see a product in stock that you want, it's a good idea to snap it up quickly, so you don't miss out. We often restock within a few days, once everything is under control, and to make sure customers experience speedy shipping and quality customer service that we're proud of.
Packaging
All parcels come protected in cardboard boxes which can be reused or recycled at home. They do not come in a plastic satchel as we believe in reducing waste as much as possible!
Inside the box we use biodegradable void fill to ensure your products are protected. It is made from Australian corn and potato starch. When immersed in water it dissolves with no harmful residue, and can be disposed of with rubbish as it completely breaks down.
Do you individually package your stamps in plastic?
No! We love this eco-friendly option and strongly encourage our customers to help us reduce the plastic moving around our planet.
