How do I click & collect?
Order online and choose the delivery option ‘Click & Collect’ at check out. Orders are usually ready for collection within 2 business days and can be collected Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-3pm (excluding public holidays). Weekend orders will be processed on the following Monday.
How do I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email when your order is ready for you at our warehouse in Epping, Victoria. Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before you drop by, this email will include our address. Make sure to double check your junk mail.
Please note, Click & Collect is available from our warehouse, which is not a shop front, so no item browsing is possible. Due to Health and Safety reasons, kindly wait at the door for us to bring you your order, do not enter the warehouse.
